To submit a NON EMERGENCY maintenace request for your unit, please click the "Tenant Portal" button below and login.
Non emergency requests will be serviced between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS For Emergency Requests 5pm-8am Monday through Friday, Weekends and Holidays call Beacon Property Management at (614) 519-4861. If no answer, please leave a voice mail and call (614) 946-1416. For Emergency Requests 8am-5pm Monday through Friday call Greg Rhine at (614) 374-7840. If you do not reach Greg contact Emily Bierman at (614) 307-2479. Leave messages for both Greg and Emily. One of us will contact you promptly. If you leave messages and do not receive a prompt response contact Beacon Property Management. If you need to leave a message, please provide the following information:
Emergencies consist of, but are not limited to, the following: no heat, broken or leaking pipes, overflowing water, unsecured door or window, or fire damage. Do not continue to use a fixture with a clogged drain. Maintenance calls resulting from Resident's negligence, misuse or abuse of the fixtures and/or equipment will be charged directly to Resident and must be paid within the month the work is completed. Resident is responsible to pay for any damage to the Premises, fixtures, equipment and/or any other facilities caused by you, your occupants, guests, family or invitees (i.e., foreign objects in disposal or drain lines requiring removal).
